Cimpress’ fiscal year ends on June 30.
The Company's common shares began trading on September 30, 2005 under the name Vistaprint and ticker symbol VPRT. The Company sold 5,500,000 shares at $12.00 per common share. In addition, selling shareholders sold an aggregate of 6,018,320 in the initial public offering.
We changed the name of the publicly traded parent company to Cimpress N.V. from Vistaprint N.V. on November 14, 2014. The company’s ticker symbol changed on to CMPR on November 17, 2014. On December 3, 2019, Cimpress N.V., the former publicly traded parent company of the Cimpress group of entities, merged with and into Cimpress plc, with Cimpress plc surviving the merger and becoming the publicly traded parent company of the Cimpress group of entities. The ticker symbol remains CMPR.
Cimpress does not anticipate paying dividends on its common shares in the foreseeable future.
At this time Vistaprint does not offer a Direct Share Purchase Plan.
