 The Company's common shares began trading on September 30, 2005 under the name Vistaprint and ticker symbol VPRT. The Company sold 5,500,000 shares at $12.00 per common share. In addition, selling shareholders sold an aggregate of 6,018,320 in the initial public offering.
5.When did the company change its name to Cimpress?
 We changed the name of the publicly traded parent company to Cimpress N.V. from Vistaprint N.V. on November 14, 2014. The company’s ticker symbol changed on to CMPR on November 17, 2014.
6.Does Cimpress expect to pay a dividend?
 Cimpress does not anticipate paying dividends on its ordinary shares in the foreseeable future.

 Starting in Q3 FY2018, Cimpress no longer hosts public quarterly earnings conference calls. Cimpress may from time to time host a strategy update conference call and will continue to host its annual Investor Day.
